"I dislike managing union techs who are trying to get a new contract with the company and very disgruntled - very hard to motivate."

"Make a decision regarding the new labor contract. The delay and unknown make things worse. If an agreement can't be made, then lock out the employees and show that you mean what you say."

"Show that you are open to change and embrace it. The company is constantly changing and wants employees who thrive on that."

"I dislike company and union disputes still not resolved. It is tough to manage union techs who are at odds with the company because there is still no contract. Change happens everyday and you can never get settled, and there are layoffs every quarter."

"Simplify processes as much as possible. Too many systems and ways of doing things cause frustration to the customers. Senior leadership needs to listen more to the ideas of front line employees."
