"I disliked the lack of accountability within, and being unable to get anything done. Most people hide and do not do their jobs. All corporate initiatives are driven by the stock price. Benefits erode each year. The unions get what they want, and management suffers."

"Listen to the people who work for you, and escalate their concerns."

"They paid for my education, and I have a decent vacation and personal time package."

"They never trained new managers and just threw you to the wolves.They have an us-against-them attitude. The upper management treats the local managers like trash."
