"It is a great company, with lots of diversity within the culture and the work positions."

What don't you like about working at Verizon Communications?

"I disliked the union vs management mentality. I disliked working with union employees because they had an entitlement attitude and would do the least amount of work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Modernize the workforce by removing the unions. They are unproductive."
