"I'm sorry I took the early retirement buyout in 2007. If I knew we were heading into a recession, I would have stayed a few more years. I got too small a pension based on leaving early and mainly gets eaten up by benefits cost."

"Rehire former managerial employees in good standing or as consultants to help out."
