"What I like about UPS is the fact that you work with a steady team in different departments. You're assigned to load in a specific trailer and not deal with customers every day. It's a peaceful place to work. The benefits are fantastic."

"What I don't like about UPS is the hours. Full-time positions or any other openings are put on hold. Part-time hours are cut."
