"I have no idea what I'm doing. Some of the people there are really arrogant. A lot of people are under crazy amounts of stress. There are no creative outlets. There's not a lot of collaboration between my coworkers and I on projects. Everyone eats lunch at their desks."

"Make things more streamlined, more comfortable, change the damn music. Get better training and process information."

"Piece rate pay is ineffective way of paying employees. During my time there, they changed the structure of the pay, causing me to lose over $2.00 an hour for doing the same work at the same pace and quality which I was achieving beforehand. To add to this, they did not even inform me that this was going to be change; I only found out after getting a paycheck (less than minimum wage, mind you), and asking the front secretary of our building."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Crack down on supervisors who spend more time talking and goofing around with each other than helping agents who have questions and need help in a timely fashion."

"They provide a nice facility with a medical clinic and fitness center. Dress is business casual."

"Make sure you are applying for a position at roughly the level you want to be, because you wont be going anywher for a long long time"

"I have work freedom because there is little oversight. Very few objective standards are communicated. The review process is mystifying and provides little guidance on how I can improve to move forward. It seems like we do annual reviews to make management feel good that they are listening and to limit our merit raises, which are lower than the cost of living...despite the fact I had a high score relative to the team I am on."

"Management here has become quite disconnected with the rank and file. I would more visible."

"The people working here are all stuck in the same situation, so everyone at least attempts to make things interesting"

"spend more time networking than you spend actually being good at your job, and never miss more than 1 day unexpectedly in a two year span if you actually want to move up in the company"

"I have many superiors. When something is done wrong, they all come tell me. I am micromanaged by the GM. Company culture does not allow me to take vacation or sick days when I want or need them."
