"The team members were great. We learned so much from each other. Also, I built rapport with much of the team by executing computer related support services in order to assist and resolve issues for them."

"The company did not openly express to their employees based on a job well done."

"I suggest that management hire true leadership within the supervisory ranks in order to benefit employees and provide the proper guidance for them to succeed...and as a result the customer succeeds resulting in increase revenues."

What do you like about working at GEICO?
"Overall a pretty great place to work. Better pay and hours than a lot of other jobs; lots of chances to earn raises. I make more money here than when I was using my degree; I wish I would have started here during college so I could have gotten tuition reimbursed! If you're thinking about GEICO, you should definitely give it a chance. As long as you have a positive attitude and show up when you're scheduled, you'll do well."

"Be yourself but put your best foot forward. If you're a hard worker with a positive attitude you'll do well here."
What don't you like about working at GEICO?
"It's a basic, no frills office but that keeps costs down so we can charge our customers less, so that's good. It can get boring sitting at a desk all day, but most jobs can be boring so at least this is comfortable."

"Keep working hard, listen to employees. Associates like it when you're out in the sections; it keeps people motivated."

"There wasn't much I didn't like about working for Bookit.com. The managment hiring process wasn't the best."

"The only thing I was suggest is to hire managers based on leadership skill, instead of just knowing the call flow script."

"It was a nice laid back work environment. There was low stress and people tried to be nice to each other."

"If you are looking for a career look somewhere else, if you just need a job for a bit of extra money this is a great place for you. Be competent and friendly to the management."

"The pay was low, the management lacked vision and a direction so polices changed from day to day making it hard to keep up or know current demands and expectations."

"Build a vision and plan of where you want the company to be in 10 years and plan your policies around that goal."

"Honestly, a lot. I had a serious harassment issue with my manager, and the HR for this company did nothing to respond to my issue."

"I suggest they do not harass their employee with inappropriate threats on firing them."

"It is a good company but management only promotes their friends."

"If you have a family and kids you will definately not like working here. They paint a big and pretty picture but once you get hired on it will be a totally different story."
What don't you like about working at Kentucky Utilities?
"There is no chance of advancement or promotion. It takes an act of congress to get a day off even if you have the time available. There is mandatory overtime every day on top of your scheduled time. You may have a certain time you are supposed to work but you will never work that schedule due to all the overtime. If you have a family this is not the job for you because they could care less about anones family here."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To treat everyone fairly and equally. Not to come in like they are better than everyone else that works for them. Promote the people that acctually do the job and not their friends or someone that has no idea about the job but they have a peice of papter that says they do."
