"I worked for ACS and was impressed with the Wellpoint campaign and the management. However, I felt that the Humana campaign could use some improvement. Overall ACS, a Xerox company, is a great improvement to the options available for an employee of the company."
"I have work with Affiliated Computer Services for about 2 years as a Data Entry Specialist / Customer Service Representative. The company was great with challenging of motivation and leadership. I really thought this company was going to be my career but instead of letting me go with Involuntary Reduction in Force. I had no problem as far with the supervisors and co-workers. I really enjoy working at Affiliated Computer Services."

"Piece rate pay is ineffective way of paying employees. During my time there, they changed the structure of the pay, causing me to lose over $2.00 an hour for doing the same work at the same pace and quality which I was achieving beforehand. To add to this, they did not even inform me that this was going to be change; I only found out after getting a paycheck (less than minimum wage, mind you), and asking the front secretary of our building."

"Hectic, stressful, unfriendly, small, cut hours."
"OK place to work and gain experience, but definitely not for the long term."

They pay on a performance basis, and this would be absolutely fine except that the people who are calling in at times have difficult or complex questions they need answered in detail. I always feel bad that I can't give them the kind of customer service they need due to the fact that all I want to do is get to the next call and FAST."
