"Great company to work for with career advancement opportunities."

What do you like about working at Pitney Bowes?

"Professional atmosphere with true value in customer service."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"No Man or Woman is an Island. If you have an irresolvable problem with a co-worker, don't suffer in silence, try to discuss the situation with upper management or HR. There are managers who weigh the options faced rather than make decisions based seniority."

What don't you like about working at Pitney Bowes?

"Politics played by co-workers to keep the newer technically advanced employees with advanced education out of the spotlight (i.e., seniority over experience and education for promotions)."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"As one of the best Customer Service Representatives on Advanced System Installations, I learned that hard work, perseverance, technical training, and professional work ethics are no match against envy, older co-workers, and in-house politics. My suggestion would be to please take time to research issues that may have predisposition motives behind them."
