"Allow cross training in multiple diciplines.Because there is a tendency to grow stale in the position because you do the same things day after day."

"I enjoyed working there. Great work environment, and everyone was positive."

"The other employees. Everyone always had a positive attitude that really made the work day fun, and go by quickly and smoothly."

"Keep in mind with OnDemand and Redbox that the video store industry is losing a great deal of customers. As the customer base thins so do the hours available for employees."
What don't you like about working at Blockbuster?
"I didn't like the shot shifts. I don't like planning my day around a three hour shift."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Instead of having everyone work every holiday, I would suggest a sign up sheet that would allow people to sign up for which ones they would like to work and which ones they would like to have off. I would base the sign up priority upon quarterly sales."

"If the individual is not open to changes within an organization, this job would be a great fit."

"Because we were contractors we were not afforded any benefits and there really wasn't any room for change."

"I feel management should be able to make changes for improvement as they see fit instead of putting the request through to the Governor of the company and waiting months for a response."

"I would suggest rewarding the employee for hard work and commitment."

"The pension was dropped today for the regular employees but not for the upper management. Last year the CEO made millions in profit and then tells everyone to work harder for less."

"They just took away our pension today I would reinstate it The pension was one of the reasons I took the job"

"There is no growth opportunites. There is no opportunites to move up with the comapny."

"Listen to your employees. We are not perfect. We are human and we make errors just like everyone else."

"It is very fresh. Every week they come out with a new policy and that makes things seem new."

"Be yourself and you will do great, if you are going to get the job you want to be yourself because I see a lot of people that say they can do something, and then when it comes down to it, nothing happens. This is one of those companies where exaggeration can backfire."

"I have very little to complain about, they do take very good care of me."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Actually they are doing what they can with what they have so any suggestions would be to not give up."

"the pay check is about it maybe some friends"

"Do not believe what they tell you. Get everything in writing."

"They just dropped the pension it was one of the reasons it took the job. The management does not care about the employees at all. It seems that all they care about is getting payed."

"I would pay more and they just dropped the pension I would reinstate it"

"Long days in training, not hands on for 5 weeks"

"Not very professional, nine weeks of training is overwhelming and hard to retain"

"Be consistant, know your training material and make sure tools are available"

"The atmosphere was very conducive to work, it was quiet, with other people with the same goals working together. If you could not find an answer, many times team members would assist you, it made the work much more efficient."

"Hard work should not go unnoticed, the character of a company is best illustrated by the strength of its individual employees. If you feel that you deserve a position and will commit yourself to excellence, then optimism is your ticket."

"The work was difficult at times but not challenging enough to be more rewarded with higher pay. If a challenge is more rewarding than I welcome it."

"None, the organization had geared the building to run as a highly efficient, well oiled machine. I would suggest more incentive to promote employee morale."

"To make the security deposits more affordable and less expensive."

"Tevis only hired the best. Respect to customers and co-workers was paramount."

"Tevis was a great place to work. I worked part time and the hours were perfect for a working Mom."

"Tevis Oil is very customer care oriented. The customer comes first and should be treated with the highest level of respect. That is the way they treat their employees and the way they expect you to treat others."
What don't you like about working at Tevis Energy?
"There was nothing that I did not like about Tevis Oil."
What do you like about working at GreenPath?
"They provided a decent benefits package. They also started you off with a good amount of paid time off."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I am not sure what advice to give, while many were unhappy, a few seemed content. While it is a decent paycheck initially, unless you want to transition to AMC, the opportunities will be rare."
What don't you like about working at GreenPath?
"The work was very repetitive, and not very challenging. The biggest challenge was the sheer volume of calls one had to take because the company did not want to properly staff for a while, due to their financial situation. However, this could have been addressed by having supervisor staff on the phone for at least 60 percent of their time at work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I felt that although they did not replace workers whom left because they wanted better opportunities, they did not reduce the amount of management. It was disproportionate in my department, especially when we were severely understaffed, and had to take 4 times as many calls, compared to when they were at normal staffing. If they had cut down in terms of mentors and supervisors and then had them on the phones as well, then the phones would not have been so undermanned."

"You need thick skin, passion for what you do, experience with knowing your skills and how to communicate with others, adapt to constant change and how to maneuver the office politics to survive."
What don't you like about working at Chicago Public Schools?
"The lack of professionalism in my staff, office politics, overload of various tasks, low headcount (need more team leads and agents to alleviate the workload and stress."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"give hard working people raises every year, don't pile on various tasks then change them so often, hire more people so the existing staff don't get overwhelmed."
