"Defender is very organized and they give you the tools to be successful here. Trainers do a good job of setting the culture here. The office hours are not that great. There is very little vacation time, which makes for limited time for family and self."

"I love the environment. As a credit union, we operate differently than banks. We strive to get members what they may need, not what they don't. Sales are important in most businesses, but at OCCU the focus is on the member. I love that we can take as much time with each member as THEY need.
