"I liked my coworkers. We worked well together and made assisted each other when we could help."

"We had to go pick up payments at houses. It was very dangerous."

"I do not believe this part of Citibank is still in business."

"I would advise to be very time oriented. Pay attention in the classes."

"The time restrictions were very strict. It was counted by seconds."

"I feel they should explain the time restrictions better. They need to have better resources to do the job. Some situations take longer than others."

"I honestly feel as if I'm being ignored some times, and would like it more if my feedback were used."

"The work was interesting, the clients were fun, the boss was great."

"It's a great place to be comfortable at if you're okay with doing the same job for the rest of your life. The pay and benefits are good."

"No chance for career movement, no travel, no future in the direction I wanted to go."

"None, they are good at what they do, I worked there to learn and learn I did."

"I like working for Discover, because people at Discover are friendly, generous, and good ethical enviroment. There are plenty of management positions opportunity as well."

"Just be yourself and be a people friendly individual. Need to understand the company for a better chance."

"There aren't too many IT positions available at the West Valley center, and most IT positions are located in Riverwoods, IL, and I have no desire to move there."

"The management system here at Discover is almost flawless and I have no problem with it."

"The company was about to start layoffs due to financial situation at that plant."

"None, management was very approachable and always open to suggestions."

"When you go for an interview with Parker Stanbury make sure you're on time, If you're not on time they will tell you the position is filled If you get hired be on time you cannot be even 1min late if you're late it doesn't matter how good you are at the job you be out the door . They have 0 tolerance when it comes to attendance."
What don't you like about working at Parker Stanbury?
"They act like they really care about you learning and understand it takes time to learn the job,after about a month they start to nit pick while you're still in training, then they start putting all this pressure on you and you feel like you're under the microscope all the time"

"If I were running the show I would make sure my employees with have updated software and updated computers, I would make sure that my employees had all the tools that was needed to make their jobseasier ."

"Keep a positive attitude and be ready to deal with a lot of unruly customers. The work place is very relaxed and pleasant but the customers make the job very very difficult and psychologically draining."

"The customers are used to a very relaxed customer service in which the customer can pretty much get ANYTHING they really want. This puts a lot of pressure on the CSR as we try to balance the company needs, our ego, and the customer"

"Put more effort into employee confort, new chairs, better headsets."
What do you like about working at JPMorgan?
"The low stress to pay ratio helps, but it is so boring with no team meetings or any kind of entertainment. There is one TV in the breakroom that plays MSNBC all day."

"Take the job. It's good money for the job that they need you to perform. Just make sure you have another goal in mind for the long run."
What don't you like about working at JPMorgan?
"The job is very repetitive, but that is the job description. I just wish there was a little more variety of ways for employees to take a break and relax. It's either go outside and smoke, or sit at a lunch table in the breakroom and watch boooooring talk shows about foreign country stock updates."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Find more forms of entertainment that employees can enjoy during their breaks. The employees spend too much time constrained to their cubicle to have a small breakroom with one boring channel on an unreachable TV."
