"I dislike scripted customer interactions, sales pressure, focus on dollars rather than service, poor communication between branches of the bank, and regular changes in policies, including sales and service strategies."

"End the scripting, treat customers like people, change the way problems are handled for customers, and focus on helping the customer rather than selling them things they don't want/need."

"lack of consistency in processes throughout the company. it can be very frusrating"

"implement six sigma in all aspects of the company and most of the inefficiencies will be resolved"

"Weekly pay was great and $10.50 an hour was way better than minimum wage."

"After getting that first job once they tell you if you don't like the assignment feel free to let them know, they'll find you something that best fits your interests as soon as possible, just take that as a BIG FAT LIE!!!"
What don't you like about working at Adecco?
"They fail to find you jobs although you call weekly they seem careless. Recruiters never answer the phones and when you leave voicemails they never call back. EVER!!"

"Allow qualified employees/contractors to express themselves freely while making sure they do their job to the best of their abilities correctly."

"Company is ok to get experience but very difficult to make it a career workplace."

"Have been given a lot of false promises and no pay raises in 4 years."

"Nothing. It was stuffy and there was no room for creativity. The programs were out-of-date, and the expectations were unrealistic compared to the tools provided."

"Stay away. At least stay away from retirement. It is an ignored department."

"It was completely micromanaged. Working with clients on a recorded call means that every word is analyzed, and there was not enough consistency regarding what was acceptable and what was not."

"Press harder to improve the tools used on a daily basis, so the employees could actually provide outstanding service."

"The people that are promoted are friends and family not competent, educated and capable people. They will promised you the world to get you in but will not deliver once you work for them."

"The cut workers pay,The don't actually provide incentives they promise despite how hard you worked and especially in sales. THey demand sales over good customer services. Management was incompetent"

"Listen to employee complaints,reducing CEO unrealistic demands,working a day in their shoes to better understand their frustrations and worries."

"Be patient. Listen to your supervisoors and managers. If your supervisor can't get the job done, tell your manager."

"I didn't like the inside politics. It seemed like they seemed more concerned about the procedure of a change to a policy, rather than actually helping our customers in a timely manner."

"If you are going to tell someone that you will get something done , changed or fixed, you should actually do what your telling the customers because they will call back when it's not done."
