"Better communication between departments, more careful planning when launching new products, make all offices the same standard and all offices can particulate in events no matter how small or large, easier to fire people who can't perform."

"Sometimes it was difficult to get time off for family. You were sometimes penalized for things out of your control."

"I think the management should listen to the employees that are closer to the problems occuring in the field."

"I enjoyed working with my fellow co-workers. There are lot of smart people that worked in the team and I'm happy to say that I learned from a great number of them, moreover made/developed some really good friendships"

"It's a good company to work for.......you'll learn a lot. However, be prepared to deal with the large company way of doing business"

"It's hard to move out of a product you have worked and become really good at it. For this reason management tend to want to keep you on the same product/project"

"My advice for anyone interviewing with this company is to be friendly, with your coworkers, because the accounts take a while to learn and they can help you out a lot, and prevent you from making some big mistakes, like I did when I first started. Lastly, if and when you make your first big mistake, buck up, it happens. You take thousands of calls during a week and one will eventually slip by you and so you need to rely on your coworkers to back you up!"

"The office politics between certain employees was a distraction at times. Supervisors and Managers did what they could to keep things running smoothly, which I appreciated."

"Management does a good job of working out the kinks for most accounts and providing direction, even if it isn't always clear. Stay on top of the on call lists, please!"

"You must be able to work in a high stress position with no time to refocus between caller"

"Customer service system does not give time to ground between calls, there is not a chance to release tension from previous caller"

"Allow representatives to have a break between calls as needed to allow emotions to calm before next caller rings in."
