"I had an opportunity for a career advancement in my current company. They recruiter wanted to meet with me for the new position, but when she found out I was currently employed by the same company, she blew me off. HR has blown me off when I have questioned them as to why I was perfect for the job until they found out I was already with the company. This company is supposed to be good about hiring up from within, but I have yet to see this."

"Be essertive but not pushy. Be eager but not needy."

What don't you like about working at Comcast?

"The hours are difficult on my family. I feel I have gone as far as I can go here without relocation."

"I think the management team here is great. I feel they do the best they can with what room they have"

"Changing supervisors and moving from one location to another becomes a little much."

"Review systems for current updating. Some of the automated systems need up dating."
