"This is a very by-the-book company. They do not make exceptions for individual situations."

"The shift was subject to change every 6 months and you did not always get two days off in a row."

"Include the employees in project planning and listen to new ideas."

"It would be to make sure that you know that you're going to be working bad hours and taking more than just sales calls."

"I didn't like that I had to take many calls that were not sales oriented and was not given the tools to handle those calls properly. I also did not like my hours of work."

"It would be to give the sales rep more authority to handle trouble calls if you're going to make us take those calls."
