"You should expect to be challenged all along the path but ultimately you can succeed. You will find that Comcast has great people at all levels of the company and the environment is wonderful. I only wish that the vision were better focused."

"The size of the company causes unnecessary delays in developing and deploying product. Product ownership is constantly being challenged ."

"Allow people to be successful (and fail as well). Limit the amount of people that can say no to a project."
