"I currently work for Comcast. Comcast is an excellent company and promotes excellent customer service by delivering quality products abs services. The company employs over 100,000 employees and offers great benefits. There are no cons when it comes to the company or management. The company has done a great job in ensuring management treats employees fairly. Again, Comcast is a great place to work."

What do you like about working at Comcast?

"I liked actually contributing to the work in the department, and our immediate supervisor knew what I could do, and turned to me whenever the need arose."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure the position is fully explained before accepting it, make sure that the training includes all required knowledge rather than the piecemeal method they currently use."

What don't you like about working at Comcast?

"The communication from upper management to at least the Master Control department was sporadic and contradictory at best. In addition, our department received the brunt of blame for other department's mistakes. Where new positions were supposed to be made available to everyone, certain individuals would be moved into the new positiions before anyone else was even made aware. There was also a decided lack of respect from upper and even lower management to certain shifts working."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Improve communication, spread the work around, IE, leave the traffic work in the traffic department, and don't hold the MCC responsible for mistakes made by either sales or traffic departments."

"Its hard to move up. the process to change or move to a new job is not easy."

"I feel they don't look out for thier employees. Some manager dont help or look out for thier employees for new oppty."
