"Transitional training is the worst. It is like all the department exist in their own little worlds with no interaction with one another."

"I would setup a clear line of communications between myself and my employees, as well as a time table to know when to expect replies."

"Upper mangement fabricating the truth in regards to commission compensation. You can make the company $19,000.00 in revenue in a month, and they will give you $400.00 in commision based on some poor metric plan that no one can really understand. Slave labor."

"Stop lying to your employees, pay your sales people based on the revenue they bring in, not on how many people they talk to."
