What don't you like about working at Comcast?

"Upper mangement fabricating the truth in regards to commission compensation. You can make the company $19,000.00 in revenue in a month, and they will give you $400.00 in commision based on some poor metric plan that no one can really understand. Slave labor."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop lying to your employees, pay your sales people based on the revenue they bring in, not on how many people they talk to."
