In 2013 while working on the IFP Taskforce my teammates encouraged and help me create the IFP Call Flow. Then I worked detection task force for Mass comp. Reviewing accounts for potential fraudulent activity and reviewing testpoints. Currently in 2014, I work in Preferred Detection. Analyzing and investigate risk, reviewing testpoints, researching account activity, transaction patterns, and contacting customers whose information could have been potentially compromised."
