"Well organized company with the customer as their priority. Very aggressive work ethic that allows me to push for excellence."

"The only tip I have is to be sure to understand if you are accepting a project position or bank position that will not end in your region."

What don't you like about working at Bank of America?

"The position that I am in will end in the Tampa Bay area, which causes me concern as the project will leave hundreds without work."

"I have no suggestions at this time for management, as I believe they were forthright in the interview process."

"I've worked for Bank of America since 2016. After initially being hired for a closing position, I was quickly promoted to Loan Processor in April of 2018. The processing position opened my eyes to the approval process. Collaborating with underwriting was a challenge at times with the current volume. So communication on conditions was difficult at times. In all, the compensation did not equate to the workload and stress."

"The work was extremely easy, I was often recognized on my team."

"Not really. Use big words and lots of jargon, but since most positions start out temp, work your butt off and keep your comments to yourself and you'll get hired."

"The dress code in an environment where we didn't see clients, and the attendance policy was unfair at our site."

"Lighten up on the attendance policy and go with the rest or the company's version of the policy."

"Learning environment. At the beginning I learned extensively about business culture and finance."

"Act like you are trainable and that you do not have an ounce of ambition so that when you outperform your managers they don't keep you from being promoted."

"Advancement opportunities. You were on your own in advancing even if performance was stellar."

"If I am top five in the nation in sales for 8 straight months, promote me."

"Learning new systems, and educating myself on the finance industry."

"Training in my department could be better, not enough focus on what we are actually doing."

"Training would be more focused on the task at hand as opposed to what it will be."
