"I didn't like how intertwined Bank of America was with my personal life. As a customer of BofA I wasn't satisfied and it made it difficult to get customers of mine to be customers of Bank of America."

"I would suggest assisting your loan officers in their daily activities with a more hands on approach and standing up for what is right for the employees rather than for the company, because the employees are the makeup of the company, and stealing from the employees is wrong."

"The people are very nice and I always learn something, regardless of where I work."

"Be prepared for repetitive work tasks and staying in touch via IM while working from home."

"I prefer working on site as an integral part of a sw development team."
