"Bankers had too many tasks to focus on and too many sales goals to reach while still attempting to maintain stellar customer service goals. Branches are intentionally under staffed."

"Refrain from making all employees sales people. Hire a mixed staff that is a combination of strong sales oriented employees and strong support people."
