"Developer positions at the CRC are for support roles. There is little new development. You may be hired for a specific role but not work in that role ever."

"There is no room for advancement. It is a small IT shop with personnel who are not going anywhere in a long time."

"The cultural diversity that I experienced is completely amazing. Getting to know senior officers from different countries was an experience in its own. I studied almost every culture with the exception of Italy. This position broadened my horizons as far as interacting with different individuals."
