"The lack of communication and organization within my particular company."

"Better communications so that all soldiers are informed about the schedule and what is expected of them. However; I understand that sometimes those decisions are last minute and that there can be a lot of miscommunication."

"Growth opportunity is limited to federal budget. Current federal budget limits possibility of upward mobility."

"Some days were better than others but for the most part it was fine."

"The work I do here at the Combat Readiness Center has a positive influence on saving service members' lives, both in combat and when they are not wearing the uniform."

"Developer positions at the CRC are for support roles. There is little new development. You may be hired for a specific role but not work in that role ever."

"There is no room for advancement. It is a small IT shop with personnel who are not going anywhere in a long time."

"I like the camaraderie, the esprit de corps, leading and mentoring soldiers."

"Know what you're signing up for and be prepared to do things that would make the strongest of men cry."

"I do not like combat, I do not like it when a soldier dies, I do not like making friends and watching them go on a mission to not return."

"None, its the Army, it's what we do. It is a way of life."

"When I do my MOS work (job I signed up for) it's ok. That isn't often."

"Don't enlist. If you're gonna do it, go officer or warrant."

"Work really long hours and don't accomplish much. Treated like general purpose labor."

"Wouldn't make people work 84+ hours a week to such little purpose."

"Freedom to develop and be innovative with technology and test the configurations I design."

"Don't exaggerate your abilities. The truth will be apparent and you will identify your limitations almost immediately after you start."

"There are absolutely no retirement plans, 401k, medical or dental, no bonuses."

"While we all have our different ways of running things, the overall management is fine."

"I thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent while serving my country."

"Continue to support the troops in any way that is needed."

"This was a position that not everyone could get and I was very honored."

"The cultural diversity that I experienced is completely amazing. Getting to know senior officers from different countries was an experience in its own. I studied almost every culture with the exception of Italy. This position broadened my horizons as far as interacting with different individuals."

"I would only suggest to be yourself in any position and be realistic."

What don't you like about working at United States Army?

"There was nothing I did not like. I simply felt it was time for me to branch out and spread my wings a little bit more."

"The management was great. I would only ask that they continue to keep up the awesome work and continue to serve our country like they have done for so many years."
