"It's not the easiest job in the world, make sure you know exactly what you want to do, and try to talk to someone actually in the army, rather than a recruiter first"

"Well, being away from family so much, I would like some stability for my family and I. I hate having to get up so early to do pt that's not even all that great. I hate the lack of communication especially, it's so lost."

"I would change the fact that there is no reason to have to find something for us to do when we have completed our all our work for the day we should get rewarded, like being able to leave for the day or just let us relax."

"I like the repetitiveness of every day as well as the organization."

"Good Luck, and be prepared for a lot of training and hard work."

"Being micromanaged is the worst part, there are a lot of different leaderships styles; more bad than good."

"I would make better preparation and plans for our tasks ahead."

"Year long deployments in hazardous environments overseas, long unpredictable hours. Intensely physical job. Rigid hierarchical structure."

"Make sure you get the MOS you really want, otherwise you could be stuck in a miserable job for a long time."

"Unpredictable hours, long periods away from home, supervisors not loyal to subordinates."

"Worry more about well being of subordinates rather than own career."

"I really don't dislike working for my employer. The only thing that I would dislike is the current environment of draw downs."
