"Occasional bad Colonel. Most of the Colonels are very knowledgeable, but there are some poor managers."

"Select qualified supervisors. Do not just promote your friends, select good managers."

"I like the job that I have and the people I work with. It is a demanding pace at times and challenging; but well worth it."

"Some days are long; have had days where I was at work until 9 at night. Not good for the family; they don't like it when I have to work late."

"I would work to improve the flow of paperwork; at times it seems to take weeks for simple paperwork to go through to higher."
