"I have worked for 307th ESB from March 2017 till August 2020. It is a high uptempo environment. Rapidly on call for mission support across the Hawaiian Islands and Pacific Command. Overall, it’s a good experience for a young soldier to build their experience and cross train with other 25 series MOS."

"The people were good. Supervisor was very smart and helped as much as he could. We worked together as a team."

"This company is the US Army. There is not an interview for the job."
What don't you like about working at United States Army?
"Supplies were not there. Not enough help. Server room was not taken care of."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To train every one in the shop in both sides of the house. They should know radios just as well as computers."

"Working with soldiers and developing them to meet and exceed all standards that are imposed upon them."

"Go to as many Army schools as possible early on in your career and then learn everything you can off of the best NCO you can find."
What don't you like about working at United States Army?
"Having the specific job that I do in the Army is very demanding physically and mentally. The hardest thing to deal with though, is taking account of people's actions that you have little or no control over."

"Put more emphasis on making sure the military families are taken care of and happy."

"The camaraderie and friendship. The chance to see a lot of things and places."

"The people over you, the arguing and the one way standard."

"Listen to the people who are around you and take their ideas into account."
