"Make the promotion process and screening different for soldiers to get promoted passed the junior enlisted as well as watch out for the non-OCS officers (cadets and so forth..) There are a lot of incompetencies that cost some lives. There's also a big rise in obesity especially in staff sections and battle staff."

"The only thing I don't like is being deployed to Iraq or Afghanistan. I just got home from Iraq. I did 15 months in Baghdad, Iraq, and it takes a lot out of you and your family."
