What do you like about working at United States Army?

"Teamwork. Unit cannot function without teamwork and leadership. As a leader, I can attest that having the right personnel in place for the job can mean the difference between success and failure."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"No interview process. See a Military Recruiter and discuss the possibilities of OCS or WOCS. Definitely better to retire as an officer than enlisted."

What don't you like about working at United States Army?

"Two week Annual Training is not supported by most civilian jobs as military leave. Therefore, I have to take my own vacation to participate in AT or just give a leave of absence for two weeks."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Recommend more leadership training for Reserve and Guard officers."
