"I would recommend that applicants be honest and take placement exams very serious."

What don't you like about working at United States Army?

"I don't like the salary and monetary compensations given to employees, especially at the mid-level management positions and above."

"I would suggest that they actively listen to their subordinates, not just the leaders in the organization."

"The cultural diversity that I experienced is completely amazing. Getting to know senior officers from different countries was an experience in its own. I studied almost every culture with the exception of Italy. This position broadened my horizons as far as interacting with different individuals."

"I would only suggest to be yourself in any position and be realistic."

What don't you like about working at United States Army?

"There was nothing I did not like. I simply felt it was time for me to branch out and spread my wings a little bit more."

"The management was great. I would only ask that they continue to keep up the awesome work and continue to serve our country like they have done for so many years."

"I am my own boss, and can dictate the priorities of work completed. Support is another thing. Being the manager allows me to focus on the critical items and ensure 100% availability of network. We provide patient care, and that is all that matters here."

"Go over all the folders I created and locate the charts and data I created. it will save you a ton of time getting familiar with the systems."

What don't you like about working at United States Army?

"Support on getting tools, and equipment can be very challenging. Budget is tight for the Army."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"When I inform them of my needs, I would hope they heed the warning and purchase the correct switches and software. When I first started working there, we did not have an Enterprise WLAN. We do now! I would like to see it fully supported and insure it's 100% operation."
