"Most likely, if you get hired by UPS SCS, you can feel vested and safe in the job. This comes with the balancing condition that you may not be promoted for long."

What don't you like about working at UPS?

"It is an extremely stratified structure. It is hard to get titles and labels. When UPS SCS acquires companies, the merging process is done with attention to the titles, and since UPS SCS takes too much care on giving a specific label, the acquired companies may get their people on higher levels."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The human factor is not a variable on the IE analysis, but an element, the most important in your process."
