"The constant stress to get sales and get customers off the phone as quickly as possible."

"Don't be so focused on sales. If there is a product that would actually benifit the customer, that is great. Otherwise, don't force workers to sell services the customer doesn't need."

"There is no honesty, no integrity, no matter what if Senior Manager or director say anything you have to agree to them even when they are dead wrong."

"We have lots and lots of directors and senior managers who have no idea about the business"

"It is a large organization so it all depends on the department that you are applying for. When I was conducting interviews for a user experience position, I looked for candidates that could clearly communicate their ideas and had deep knowledge about the subject matter."

"I had three bosses, my manager, director and VP. Oftentimes I would be given conflicting directions and each believed that their direction was correct."

"There is a lack of communication in the chain of command. A clear goal should be set and all decisions should be based off that goal."

"positive attitude goes a long ways, enthusiasm and desire to do something new can make up for lack of experience"

"very poor managment of resources, 3-5 year old laptops (at best), double standards between managers and teams concerning working remote."

"They need to better manage their assets; full time employees, contractors and support contracts -- to name a few."

"Company chose to outsource majority of jobs and continues to cut jobs for lower paying outsources."

"Managment lacks ability to be held accountable on a call center to call center level. More national HR assistance with concerns on a local level"
