"I worked at the warehosue for 2 years. I enjoyed the supervisors, company policy, my coworkers and the general work environment. It was fast paced but I had to move on in search of more advancing actual software development and programming career rather than just maintenance."
"Been with Target for one year and like it very much but there is no room for my advancement in Food and Beverage."

"Work Hard or Stay stuck , Management is on the political side of things ."
"I worked for Target Corporation for about 9 months as a Backroom Team Member. It was a great first step in a Retail career and I enjoyed my time working for them. The company culture was great and my bosses were always willing to train or help out when necessary. Recommended!"
"My time at target was short but I learned a lot from the experience."
"Great company with a healthy diverse culture. It values great talent and appreciates hard work."
"I've worked for Target for about a year and a half now, and continue to learn more about it every single shift. With diverse workers and great technology to help us work, I feel like they are moving in the right direction. When it comes down to the management, they seem to change it every couple of months, leaving us with the impression that we can't get close to them, as they will only be replaced with someone else."
"Management needs to set more realistic expectations."
"I have worked for Target for 5 years. I love the culture of the environment that is all about being fast, fun, and friendly."
"Great company with great values. Hard work doesn’t get unnoticed"
"The environment varies depending on the stores you work in. I had experience in three stores and loved the environment working with my peers. Management tends to be the problem in most of the stores. There should always be expectations, but at times the expectations set are unrealistic and really affect moral. In order to develop in this company, is a high emphasis on whi management mental likes instead of performance. It took me 2 years for every promotion I got even though I was always the top performer. The politics makes this company really difficult to promote."
"Target is a great company to work for!"
