"GM's dont know jobs. No ability to transfer unless 8 years plus. Poor benefits, moral, and if you speak up you will be fired"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire more management from within. Numbers a joke it makes people Gravy hunters. VLE Joke and very little moral"
