"I've been working at Target since August of 2012 and I've loved almost every minute of it. The atmosphere and coworkers are great. I would suggest anyone to work at Target to start off their career or just to put some money in their pocket while in school."

"Target has helped promote team member well being and has adapted to the changing retail environment. It is a strong company with a solid presence. I am looking to move on in order to obtain day shift hours and a shorter commute to work."

"Hired on as a seasonal employee in December 2016, my journey with Target has been nothing but outstanding in terms of leadership development, opportunity placement, and overall job satisfaction. While lacking in some areas they are mindful of their flaws and strive to maintain an outward focus on the guest without sacrificing the wellbeing of their employees. Anyone looking for a strong foundation for a sold future could do no better than to work for Target."

"I worked at Target for about a year. I was not a fan of a lot of the people I worked with, although some were very nice. The pay is good, but it's not really worth it for me personally. If you are interested in making small talk or helping customers then I'm sure it would be perfect for you."

"I've worked for a target for over 3 years, and I can say that the passion that is displayed for their customers is unmatched by any other retailer. It was an honor working there, and I still frequently shop there due to their exceptional service."

"I started with Target last October 2019 as a General Merchandiser Expert. Our Team Lead and Head including Team Members are considerate, friendly and very helpful. But there are things that management should not be doing like cutting hours drastically after a holiday season. Some senior team members who have worked for the company for almost 10 years have experienced this. Also, while they cut down hours, they hire new team members. Benefits for full time members will only come after a year and one month of service. I hope management will improve on these area of concern."

"I began working at Target when I graduated from high school in 2015 and worked there for four years while I completed my BA. It was my very first job and the leadership at my store did a wonderful job of socializing me into the workplace and helping me to develop my customer service skills and my social ability in general. It was a great experience and I recommend it highly for young people or people with little work experience."

"I have worked for Target for close to one year now and it has been an incredible experience. I have had the opportunity to grow and develop as a leader, while also being challenged and encouraged. Target is a company that values their employees and desires to see them successful in their careers. They push you to your limits, expecting high results and only the best."

"The workflow is what you'd expect. Fellow employees were at first a little hostile toward me but that quickly faded. Upper management is a little disorganized but they are pretty flexible when it comes to schedule and hours."
