"It was Ok. Work was easy, just wish there were better positions."
"I've worked for Target for 3 years, I was a GSA for 1 year. It was for the most part a good job. I grew tremendously as a leader and learned to work hard and drive my team to do their best. I learned to be great at quick and effectively problem solving. I personally work better under pressure and this environment gave me that setting."
"I have worked at Target since 2013. Target values its employees and has a good work environment."
"I have been with the Target Corporation for 3 months and they are a very professional company. Everything is done in a fashionable manner and the employees are very respectable. I could not ask for a more comfortable work environment."
"I've been working at Target Corp for the past 15 years. The pay and benefits are great. The work life balance is not good. I work 15 hour days and I'm still expected to be in the office from 8-5. Leadership is too focused on development and not letting their engineers just do their job day in day out."
"I've worked at Target for 2 1/2 years. I really enjoy what I do and, financially, Target has taken care of me... but it's retail."
"I worked at Target from 2006-2008. I found them to be a good company that is still growing and employs many. They all have customer service needs at the top of their list."
"Its a good place to work on challenging work."
"The company is obviously large and therefore has issues dealing with the small people to begin with. However while most people seem alright the job is more for people who have a steady income and just would like some extra cash on the side or who are just having the first job. The job however does not give the hours or the pay to actually live off of. Additionally the people who work in the electronics/toys department are given immense work loads and expected to do it in the same time as those with far less work."
"I've worked for Target for about a month. I am in the electronics department currently and I have to say the job is mediocre at best. The pay isn't nearly as much as it should be for the amount of work you are required to do and most importantly, you aren't really taught exactly everything you need to know for the job."
"I have no comments to share."
"This position at Target taught me the value of hard work and team work. The team leader was kind and made the effort to teach me anything I have problems understanding. The managers are also nice and really friendly."
"I've worked here for several years."
