"Know going into this job that you are going to be on the phones. If you want to move up fast then shoot for being a floor supervisor at first and handling the tough calls. Once you do that you can gain some momentum and go for other positions."

"People in high positions with not a whole lot of knowledge of what they were doing."

"I don't like that the company isn't doing as well as we were when we were known as Nextel."
