"Know going into this job that you are going to be on the phones. If you want to move up fast then shoot for being a floor supervisor at first and handling the tough calls. Once you do that you can gain some momentum and go for other positions."

What don't you like about working at Sprint?

"People in high positions with not a whole lot of knowledge of what they were doing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"More training focused on time management and problem solving with people who are on the floor."
