"I like the great work environment and staff support that allowed me to spend my time in the field acquiring new customers and growing my territory. I also enjoyed the compensation."

"It was a great company to work for in all aspects. I was there for 12 years and would still be there but I was part of a reduction in work force."

"Make sure they impress on the first interview and will carry them to next step."

"It will take time to change culture, I would suggest to management to work on it step by step."

"What I liked about working at Berliner are the great people I had the privilege to meet."

"My advice is that you run away now. All the former people I know hate the new employees that came with the merger and many have been let go or have left on their own."
What don't you like about working at Sprint?
"What I didn't like about working at Berliner was the incompetence of senior directors which would lead to avoidable problems on particular projects."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't have site acquisition members head up a construction project. Basically don't spread yourself thin and put people in charge of things they have no business doing."
