"I dislike changes every three months within the company, which does not allow us to settle down in our position."

"The systems and processes are a disaster. Simple processes take way too long to get completed because the workflow processes and amount of people touching requests is crazy."

"Open up the processes of operations to assist in empowering the employees to get their jobs done. There is too much reliance on employees' stations halfway around the globe."

"The people I work with are pretty amazing for the most part, and I like the customer-oriented atmosphere Chase is striving for in-branch."

"More than anything, right now they're looking for people who are talented in the area of customer service. That's what they want to hear."

"It's completely mindless. I want to be creative in my work, and feel like the work I do is fulfilling, like I'm actually accomplishing something--not just sending deposit slips through a scanner."

"I would take a slightly more laid-back approach, and understand that, while banking should be done in a professional environment, not everything has to be so serious."

"It is the only job I could get out of school."

"You need to make sure you keep educating yourself so you're not stuck in this job forever."

"The job I do never changes and it is the same thing every day."

"I would make the stress of commission sales go away."

"The low stress to pay ratio helps, but it is so boring with no team meetings or any kind of entertainment. There is one TV in the breakroom that plays MSNBC all day."

"Take the job. It's good money for the job that they need you to perform. Just make sure you have another goal in mind for the long run."

"The job is very repetitive, but that is the job description. I just wish there was a little more variety of ways for employees to take a break and relax. It's either go outside and smoke, or sit at a lunch table in the breakroom and watch boooooring talk shows about foreign country stock updates."

"Find more forms of entertainment that employees can enjoy during their breaks. The employees spend too much time constrained to their cubicle to have a small breakroom with one boring channel on an unreachable TV."

What do you like about working at JPMorgan?

"We are understaffed. There are not enough people to distribute the work. On top of that, I get paid less to do the same work as the senior processors."

"If you have to, go for it. It's a job and it pays decently - just prepare to be busy."

What don't you like about working at JPMorgan?

"Overworked - there are not enough processors to handle the workload. Underpaid - there are senior processors who do the same work and get paid more. Micromanaged - not by my boss, but by the higher-ups. They monitor every step we take."

"Reassess the rank structure of processors. Open another processing office."

"I like the pay, the macro management, the dress code, and that the job is easy."

"Do your research on the position and the company. Also, be likable."

"My dislikes are: no place to move up, bias to some employees over others, and firing and laying off too many workers all the time."

"Give employees more chances to be promoted, and don't treat employees like they could be replaced overnight."

"I think my suggestion for any type of management is in any job and position. You must have a positive mindset. Being positive will help accomplish anything and everything."

"It is a leader in the industry, and their direction now aligns with my core values. If you take care of the customer, you will win. If you sell through education, people will return. If you do what you say, you will be rewarded."

"Do your homework and understand the job function of the position you want. Don't just assume you know, but talk to people in the role and find out what they do on a daily basis. It's not difficult, but you have to know what you're getting and bring the right mentality to work every day. If you don't care enough to learn about the job, it will show when you interview."

What don't you like about working at JPMorgan?

"The career opportunities in the Colorado market are limited because many people in coveted roles have been there for years. Low turnover is a good thing, but it also limits the potential for high performers unless they are willing to relocate to Florida or California."

"Trust the decisions made at the local level. There are district managers who currently manage fewer associates than I did in one retail location. Empower the team so we can learn new skills and don't discount your team's willingness to help. Listen when we volunteer to help, because we really want to help."
