"It is a great company with solid solutions. Look for additional training on other areas within the organization, which would help in communicating with customers on a high level."

What don't you like about working at JPMorgan?

"I live in New England and unfortunately, there were no branches in my region. This posed a number of challenges for our line of business, but we still were able to compete on a high level. There are many challenges that colleges face today and Chase was not willing to develop additional solutions to bridge some of these gaps."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Diversifying revenue stream and providing a more comprehensive suite of solutions is paramount to survival in this business."

"I like having the ability to do your work and not really be bothered by anybody else."

"Just be professional and prepared to work, because all work is timed and you have to write it on a time sheet."

"I dislike the fact that they outsourced the department I was in to Dubai, India."

"JPMorgan Chase and Co. sold the business and didn't tell us it was coming until two months before the site was closed."

"That part of the organization no longer exists. It was sold to US Bank."

"The management carried an extremely high turnover rate. I would recommend management classes."

"I disliked the feedback with changes or the lack of knowing the changes in a timely manner. Hearing things through the rumor mill was a turn-off."
