"It's a great banking company in which I can utilize my whole experiences, as I am from a banking domain with core banking knowledge."

"See how much hard work he can do by asking other managers or give one opportunity to prove himself instead of rejecting at first call."

"It's just some of the managers who cannot fight or express the need of real hardworking people."

"If I would have gotten this opportunity I would have fought for really hardworking people and fight for them till the end."

"I like my coworkers, as they are the best source of understanding the processes beyond what is provided in training."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Honestly, they are hiring persons who have little or no experience in processing loans, as well as those persons who have over 10 years experience in the industry. I know several people who have been hired there and they had no prior experience, so as long as you have computer knowledge and can handle high volume, high customer contact and maintain a positive attitude, one could be easily hired here."

What don't you like about working at JPMorgan?

"They are unorganized and don't value their employees. There is a great deal of micromanaging without taking into consideration what the actions of this micromanaging have on the process and completion of loans in process."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Your employees are only as effective as their training and the quality of management. I have managed others and been managed. This company has such a high turnover that they put persons in management positions who should still be processing due to their limited ability to communicate in an effective manner. While I am not suggesting that employees need to be babysat, employees work harder and complete required tasks when they are treated equally and fairly."

"The company is solid and my job seems secure. The benefits are good."

"The company places a high value on professionalism. Be polished and prepared."

"I feel micromanaged and I am often at odds with the leadership style and east coast culture. It's way too serious most of the time."

"Learn to trust people and give them room to fail."

"It is more comfortable because of my past related job experience at Mobile Company. I like working with a talented team, gaining knowledge, and using my past experience combined with new ideas to help in company growth."

"Interview via phone is better than face-to-face, because some people are very experienced and intelligent but stressed in an interview. I think the interview environment should be more comfortable."

"Know the background of the company. Be prepared to train well, and have the ability to train others, like I did."

"I disliked not having the chance to stay there permanently. I was only a temporary employee, and I had hoped to get a permanent job."

"Develop better communication so the work will be there. It did not seem to be organized on the project I worked on."
