"I like my coworkers, as they are the best source of understanding the processes beyond what is provided in training."

"Honestly, they are hiring persons who have little or no experience in processing loans, as well as those persons who have over 10 years experience in the industry. I know several people who have been hired there and they had no prior experience, so as long as you have computer knowledge and can handle high volume, high customer contact and maintain a positive attitude, one could be easily hired here."
What don't you like about working at JPMorgan?
"They are unorganized and don't value their employees. There is a great deal of micromanaging without taking into consideration what the actions of this micromanaging have on the process and completion of loans in process."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Your employees are only as effective as their training and the quality of management. I have managed others and been managed. This company has such a high turnover that they put persons in management positions who should still be processing due to their limited ability to communicate in an effective manner. While I am not suggesting that employees need to be babysat, employees work harder and complete required tasks when they are treated equally and fairly."
