"Be more selective when choosing people to manage. Not all people are management material."

"I dislike projects gone wrong, and HR recruiter policies regarding career advancement from lower management jobs."

"I enjoyed learning about the financial industry in reference to the retail banking side. It helped me gain a broader knowledge of all aspects of finance."

"In reference to their retail banking sector, it is impossible to move up and extremely impossible to cross over into JPMorgan Chase."

What don't you like about working at JPMorgan?

"The managers do not care about their employees. They need to realize that, in order to have a good work environment with positive, creative minds working, they need to treat their employees better."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would fire the HR representative who hired my assistant manager given that, as a manager, she is clearly not qualified for the job. I would also tell my head manager to stop picking favorites and to not talk about employees behind their backs. This isn't 8th grade."

"Do not wait for big things to happen if you aren't coming from an Indian-based consultancy firm or if you don't have insider connections that would give passage to you to get promoted or even to get to any challenging development projects."

What don't you like about working at JPMorgan?

"I dislike being switched to support positions after years of career investment in developer positions, due to jobs being offshore to India."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It is a shame for a US-based company to favor offshore consultancy firms and contractors for the cost of losing its talent pool that exists in the US land. Employing veterans for call center or cashier positions at a branch cannot cover this shame."

"I like working with bleeding edge technology and working on some of the largest, highest transaction systems in the world."

"I dislike working pretty much every weekend, often for 20 hours or more, while taking back 8 hours every few weeks to make up for lost time; it's not great."

"I like the flex time. Hours are very flexible and my boss is very understanding."

"Dig deeper into their resumes. Some are padding theirs."

"I dislike conflict. There is too much conflict within the management. Management, except my boss, does not know employees very well."
