"In reference to their retail banking sector, it is impossible to move up and extremely impossible to cross over into JPMorgan Chase."

"The managers do not care about their employees. They need to realize that, in order to have a good work environment with positive, creative minds working, they need to treat their employees better."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would fire the HR representative who hired my assistant manager given that, as a manager, she is clearly not qualified for the job. I would also tell my head manager to stop picking favorites and to not talk about employees behind their backs. This isn't 8th grade."

"I dislike being switched to support positions after years of career investment in developer positions, due to jobs being offshore to India."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It is a shame for a US-based company to favor offshore consultancy firms and contractors for the cost of losing its talent pool that exists in the US land. Employing veterans for call center or cashier positions at a branch cannot cover this shame."
