"I have been with HP since 2008, and it is a great company."
"I have worked for HP at the Houston site in CCM6 for 2 years as a contractor. The way contractors are treated in manufacturing is indifferent at best. Even the best and the brightest are treated as replaceable cogs in the machine. Work processes and procedures are disorganized at best. Multiple layers of management make it difficult to improve processes. The company is in the middle of a turn around and I think the CEO is making mostly good choices."
"HP is so large that it left employees in the dust as in person in person contact. The HR department is overwhelmed with huge amount of employees. Almost everything that you need support from HR, is available on their internal website."
"It's an okay in-between company."
"Great. Had a great time working there."
"Great company to work for."
"No incentive for hard work."
"HP is good company with an outstanding record of excellent performance. It is willing to adapt to the common trend and aggressive enough to pursue growth. The company has a very good track record in helping their employees to grow within the company. They have measurement standards to make sure you have adequate tools or skills to perform your job well and serve the customer better. Everyone works very hard as an individual or as a group to ensure excellent customer satisfaction is achieved."
"Excellent, LOVE my job! Coming to work is like playing when I get to use my creative side and have constant challenges to keep me entertained!"
"Good place to work."
"Hewlett Packard is a good company to work for, but is huge. It is difficult to obtain recognition high enough in the food chain to make a difference. It is also rather siloed and as a result, it becomes difficult to present a single face to our customers. But Meg is addressing this issue. She has a five year plan."
"I've worked with HP for about 3 years now. It's an excellent company to work with with great work culture. Apart from being a top conglomerate, it is one of the great companies to work with. The flexibility it offers is par excellence."
"HP was a good place to work. I do take issue with the excessive focus on 'return for the investors' and think that HP could do more for the employees that help create the 'return for the investors'. 6 years and no pay scale adjustments put a strain on my bank account."
"I worked for HP for 3 years and I found it to be a great place to work. You really get rewarded when you are passionate about what you do and every little thing you do to improve the quality of service for the company's customers."
