"For the most part a great place to work, though some of the lab managers tend to make the work environment hazardous to people and employees. I got along with most of the managers and engineers and loved working on the SAN/NAS equipment.Current CEO is good and is building the company. The last 6 however almost put it out of business."

"Working from home for the past 2 years has been an adjustment, not able to interact face to face with co-workers."

"Most of my mangers have overall been really good, perhaps more of an open door policy."

"Their interview process starts with 1 or 2 telephone interviews, followed by a day of onsite interviews with 6 to 8 people."

What don't you like about working at Hewlett-Packard?

"Like most large companies there is way too much bureaucracy. It takes too much time to follow all of the processes. Their career development favors extroverts at the the expense of introverts."

"Change career development to value introverted individuals as much as those who are extroverted."
