"Despite having pleased my clients so much that when things started to go bad my client asked my manager to take care of me, my employer did nothing to secure me another position on another team."

"Take care of your employees, especially ones the clients have adored!"

"Good people, no upper management to watch you because they worked from home 4 out of 5 days. HP was great to work with when they were on site."

"Tell them what they want to hear, most of the managers are very green and have no decision making skills."

What don't you like about working at Hewlett-Packard?

"Weak leadership, 3 yrs without a review from the GM, Boys club completely, too many excellent employees are left unnoticed or rewarded so they use M* to get a check until they get on with HP or another IT company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get an experienced GM who actually comes to work and knows what's going on. Just because you are blond and... augmented doesn't excuse leadership and solid management principles."
