"The work there was the best for a designer. The people there were the best. It made it easy to learn new concepts of design."

"Be honest. It used to be a pretty good company to work for."

"Some of the latest management people didn't have the experience to move to different departments. So things ran slow and difficult."

"Don't keep management moving around the company so quickly. And try to let the design team do their jobs. Not everything is money ran. Take too much out of the product and no one will buy cars."

"None - the job isn't difficult to get. Since it's all commission-based after training it's on you to sell-sell-sell."

"Level the playing field for new sales people after training is complete."

"People not liking you because you sell cars, and expectation of the same quota to sell when people are without jobs and economy is bad. Not rational thinkers!"
