"With the loss of so many experienced people, the burdens are growing for those that remain."

"Be careful about losing experienced employees and turning business process over to outsourcing, contracting or otherwise less committed, less experienced solutions. Might save some money now, but..."

"They went out of business, but it was a great dealership to work for as far as dealerships go. The work hours were very tough to maintain a steady personal life but the income potential was good."

"I could work and write my own paycheck and the bosses were great and very knowledgeable in the business. Also if you were in a tough personal bind they would reach out to help you out as best as they could."

"The 16 hour days and 7 day work weeks."

"I was the sales manager as well as the finance manager when our regular finance person was off or out, training new employees, advertising, improving the dealership reputation. I love to fix broken or damaged things."
