"Meeting new people and making them happy. When they bought the car that they wanted."

"I actually have no tips. Just sell yourself to yourself and prove to yourself that you can sell cars."

What don't you like about working at Chrysler?

"Not enough money. The economy made car sales very hard. There were days where you just stand around and cold call people."

"The management was awesome. I never had a problem with any of them. We always got along."

"The people at Cerritos were like one big family since I saw them more than my real family."

What don't you like about working at Chrysler?

"The odd hours, it was a night time store so I would be about to lock up at 9:00 and someone would come to the store and I would have to stay there till 3:00 in the morning to have to be back to work at 7:30 in the morning."
