"Just like everywhere else, you have to deal with a lot of business politics and bureaucracy."

"Listen to the Engineers and Designers when they have good idea. Don't just choose the cheapest option."

"I loved doing what I do best, which is warranty administration and the service dept... getting all the legitimate claims paid."

"Don't count on this dealer for stability."

What don't you like about working at Chrysler?

"The thing I did not like most was the non professional way the dealership was run. They had people that had problems with anger and should not have been around other employees, everyone seemed job scared, very cut throat... and once they get what they want they tell you they do not need you any more. This dealer has the mentality that anyone can do the warranty, which is untrue. That is why I was hired, to fix the mess."

"Sell the dealership to someone that knows how to run it."

"To make sure when you are hiring for management to not only make sure the applicant is not only book smart but has common sense as well. People can get hurt in the industry if they do not have common sense and I mean that literally."

"To not just have meetings to have them, and get out and involved with your workers and utilize the meetings and share the information to be successful together."
